This development in Early was a joint venture project developed by Wokingham Borough Council (WBC) owned Wokingham Housing (WHL) in partnership with Burwood Homes. Loddon Homes took ownership of two, three bed, semi-detatched properties for Shared Ownership in August 2019.
These shared ownership homes feature three bedrooms, two bathrooms, kitchen and seperate living / dinning area, parking provision for two cars as well as a garden to the rear of the property.
