While Wokingham Housing Limited (WHL) is busily building our latest developments to transfer to LHL, we are focussing on setting up all our back office processes, agreements and legal requirements to ensure that when we take over new stock we are running efficiently and are able to provide the best possible service to our tenants.
LHL was awarded its For-Profit Registered Provider status with Homes England in June 2016. This means that LHL is subjected to the HCAs regulatory standards for Governance and Viability, as well as housing management and maintenance requirements, expected of providers of affordable housing in England.
