Helping to Enhance Wokingham

As a Wokingham Borough Council wholly owned housing company, Loddon Homes will deliver affordable housing for local people, but in a commercial way, in order to generate a financial return for the Council. This means we will be letting homes at well below private market rent levels, but focusing on our cost to ensure residents and the Council get excellent value for money and there is no unnecessary waste. The profit that Loddon Homes makes will be directly ploughed back into the Wokingham Borough area, either through the provision of additional housing or local services.
