Tenant Satisfaction Measures

The Tenant Satisfaction Measures (TSMs) are a set of performance metrics that all registered social housing providers in England must collect and publish. Many of these measures relate to our performance data, such as how many repairs we are completing and how we are managing our complaints.

We are also required to gather feedback from our residents through 12 standardised TSM questions that measure our performance. Loddon Homes will survey our residents every other year and then make the results available through our annual report.

Our last survey was carried out in 2025 and we were pleased to report improvements in most areas since the last time we surveyed our residents.
