Resident engagement - Your voice matters
At Loddon Homes, we put our residents at the centre of everything we do. We believe that listening to the people who live in our homes is essential to delivering services that meet residents' needs and expectations. As a small housing provider, we value the close relationships we have with our residents. Your experiences, views and feedback help us to understand what we are doing well and where we can improve.
Whether you have lived in a Loddon Homes property for many years or have only recently joined us, we want to hear from you.
How you can get involved
There are lots of ways to share your views and help shape our services:
- Complete resident satisfaction surveys
- Take part in consultations on policies or service changes
- Attend resident meetings and events
- Provide feedback following repairs or other services
- Share compliments, comments or suggestions Tell us about issues that matter to you and your community
You can choose to get involved as much or as little as you wish. Even completing a survey can help us to make informed decisions and improve our services.

Feedback from our residents helps us to:

- Improve the services we provide
- Monitor our performance
- Meet our regulatory obligations
- Set priorities for future improvements
- Ensure residents' voices are reflected in our decision making
We listen and act
We promise to listen to residents, and act on what we hear.
We regularly review feedback we receive through surveys, complaints, compliments and conversations with residents. This information helps us to identify opportunities to improve services and better meet residents' needs. Where possible, we will share examples of how resident feedback has influenced decisions and led to improvements.
