STAIRs

STAIRs stands for Social Tenant Access to Information Requirements.

It gives social housing tenants the right to access information about how their landlord manages their homes and services.

We believe that residents should be able to understand how decisions are made, how money is spent, and how well services are performing. STAIRs helps make sure housing associations are open, transparent and accountable to their residents.

Much of this information is already available on our website under the Performance section. However, if you cannot find the information you need, you can ask us for it.

You can request information about things such as:

Repairs and maintenance services
How we manage homes and estates
Our performance and service standards
Tenant satisfaction and complaints
Policies that affect residents
How we make decisions about housing services

There are some situations where we may not be able to share information, for example where it contains personal information about other people, is commercially sensitive, or where disclosure would break the law.
