Specialist and Supported Housing

Loddon Homes provides housing options for all, including those who need additional support, be that with daily living, living independently or learning how to manage a tenancy.

These supported housing solutions are delivered in partnership with Wokingham Borough Council, who understand the needs of the most vulnerable in our communities.

Older persons' housing

Loddon Homes owns one older persons' independent living scheme for those aged 55 and over. These 34 apartments are for those with social housing and care needs.

With 24-hour on-site care support, a resident restaurant and communal living spaces, it's easy to see why our residents are so happy there.

Younger persons' housing

We offer younger people access to various housing solutions including private rentals, social housing, supported housing and shared accommodation.

These solutions aim to provide stability, security and opportunities for young people to build a fulfilling life. It’s essential to explore these options and seek support to find the best fit for them.

Supported housing for mental health

Supported housing brings together accommodation and tailored support to help people living with mental illness maintain as much independence as possible. This accommodation is available to adults aged 18 and over who are experiencing mental health challenges.
