Annual Reports

Each year, Loddon Homes creates an annual report for residents. This report reviews the services we have provided in the previous financial year (1 April to 31 March) and measures them against the performance targets set by the organisation and government policy. It is one of the many ways we measure whether or not we are doing a good job as a landlord.

Every two years, Loddon Homes invites residents to complete a survey to measure their perception of us as a landlord. The survey is based on the Regulator of Social Housing’s Tenant Satisfaction Measures (TSM).
