Karen Howick has been appointed Managing Director of Wokingham Borough Council’s Local Housing Companies.
Wokingham Borough Council is pleased to announce the appointment of Karen Howick as Managing Director of its group of housing companies: Loddon Homes, Berry Brook Homes and Wokingham Housing Limited.
Karen brings over a decade of experience within the Local Housing Companies, alongside a breadth of expertise and extensive knowledge of the existing portfolio. Her deep understanding of the organisation’s operations, assets and residents places her in a strong position to lead the companies into their next phase of development.
In her new role, Karen will focus on the planned strategic growth of the organisation, working in close partnership with Wokingham Borough Council to deliver much-needed affordable homes, while continuing to provide first-class services for residents.
