Loddon Homes is pleased to announce the delivery of 60 new affordable homes in Twyford, in partnership with Croudace Homes, marking a significant step forward in meeting local housing need across the borough.
Contracts for the new homes at the Bridge Farm site were exchanged in December 2025, representing Loddon Homes’ first partnership with Croudace Homes and its first Section 106 acquisition since 2024.
The development is already underway, with the first homes expected to be completed from 2027/28 onwards. Once delivered, the scheme will provide high-quality, affordable homes for local residents, supporting the continued growth and sustainability of the community.
This development represents an important milestone for Loddon Homes, contributing significantly to the organisation’s future growth and its commitment to delivering well-designed, high-quality housing.
