Loddon Homes is pleased to announce the delivery of 60 new affordable homes in Twyford, in partnership with Croudace Homes, marking a significant step forward in meeting local housing need across the borough.

Contracts for the new homes at the Bridge Farm site were exchanged in December 2025, representing Loddon Homes’ first partnership with Croudace Homes and its first Section 106 acquisition since 2024.

The development is already underway, with the first homes expected to be completed from 2027/28 onwards. Once delivered, the scheme will provide high-quality, affordable homes for local residents, supporting the continued growth and sustainability of the community.

This development represents an important milestone for Loddon Homes, contributing significantly to the organisation’s future growth and its commitment to delivering well-designed, high-quality housing.

Karen Howick, Managing Director of Loddon Homes, said:

“This is a major milestone for Loddon Homes. As a small housing provider, delivering 60 new homes represents a significant contribution towards our five-year development strategy and our ambition to grow sustainably.

“We are delighted to be working with Croudace Homes on our first project together. They share our strong commitment to quality, place-making and collaborative partnership working. This scheme demonstrates what can be achieved through effective partnerships, and we are proud to be able to commit to delivering much-needed affordable homes for the Twyford community.”

The partnership highlights Loddon Homes’ continued focus on building strong relationships with developers and partners to maximise opportunities for affordable housing delivery, while maintaining high standards of design, construction and resident experience.
